Hi everybody and welcome to RogerCooper.net!

It's been a long time coming but this simple site has been re-designed and re-developed (and will continue to change) to hopefully give better insight into Roger Cooper's life, passion, music and to the continued forward direction of his life.

One of Roger's favorite songs from the 60's was the Byrd's #1 hit, "Turn, Turn, Turn" which sums up life as he has known it; "To everything turn, turn, turn; there is a season turn, turn, turn...and a time for every purpose under Heaven!"

For those of you who know Roger and his "nomadic lifestyle", this songs aptly fits him. The standard question asked by many is, "So where are you living at..."NOW"? HA! 

Well, in this new "season" of his life, he and his wife Gwen are living in their home-town of Alton, Kansas where he still maintains a rigorous schedule on the road touring, performing and speaking. However, he has also been able to focus on his writing and in doing so, has become a very well respected and much sought after writer; publishing a number of books plus writing articles and syndicated columns for magazines and various newspapers.   

Within the pages of this site, you will see the many sides, faces, talents and passions of Roger Cooper and it is our hope that not only his music and his life has been an inspiration to some through the years, but that his books and writings will be an encouragement to many!
